Bithlo Wooded Yard Clean Out With Orange Dumpsters
This yard did not start out looking like a yard. Tall trees close over the sky, vines hang off a block building, and old lumber and broken boards lie in drifts on the ground behind it. The first photo is from the middle of the job: bare ground, debris piled in the center, and an orange container waiting on the left.
Champs Dumpster Rental and Junk Removal used several orange dumpsters on this clean out. Sorting at the source keeps each load simple, so lumber and brush stay out of the mixed debris, and simple loads are easier to haul.
A wooded yard hides things. A rusted bucket under a vine, a sheet of roofing leaning on a tree, a plank fence half down: each one has to come out before the next layer is visible, which is why jobs like this take longer than they look from the road.
Our Commitment to Customers
Follow a load far enough and it ends up here. A container is tipped up on its truck at a disposal site and the contents slide onto a concrete pad: wood pallets, lumber, and clear bags of debris, with a grassy hill behind.
We show this part because people rarely see it. A dumpster is not a magic box. Everything that goes in has to come out somewhere, and where it goes depends on what it is. Clean wood, metal, and mixed waste take different routes, and we plan each box's route before it leaves the yard.
If the job covers a whole property, our residential property cleanout page explains how we handle larger projects, and our shed removal crew can take down a structure like the block building in the background.
How Many Dumpsters Does a Wooded Yard Clean Out Take?
More than you expect. A yard left alone for a couple of years might fill one container. One ignored for a couple of decades, with a collapsed outbuilding and heaps of old lumber, can fill three or four.
The cleanest way to plan is to walk the property with us. We look at volume, ask what is heavy, and suggest a mix of sizes. The 15 and 20 yard boxes suit wood and brush, and the taller 25 and 30 yard boxes hold bulky material. Every container includes 2 tons, and extra weight is $80 per ton.
If the work will outrun one container, tell us up front and we will talk through swapping a full box for an empty one. Planning that early keeps the yard from filling up with full boxes while the crew waits on a swap.
Where Does the Debris Go After the Truck Leaves?
To a disposal facility, where it is weighed and sorted. Wood, metal, and mixed waste each go different places, and a clean load of one material is easier to handle than a mix, which is why we ask what is in the pile. Tell the crew early.
Some things stay out of the box altogether. Hazardous materials, chemicals, batteries, and tires are prohibited, and finding them mid-job slows everything down. If you spot something odd, tell the crew before it goes in. It is easier to pull a stray battery out of a pile than out of a full container.
Bithlo is an unincorporated community in east Orange County, well east of downtown Orlando, and the lots out here are big, wooded, and full of old outbuildings. Our dumpster rental in Orange County page covers the service area, and our junk removal page covers the cleanup that follows.
